I have walked this path myself—through pregnancy and postpartum, heartbreak and loss, and the radical rebirth of self. I know the terrain. And I am still walking it.

My work is not bound by rigid protocols. I follow the pulse of the moment, the thresholds you cross, and the silences that speak louder than words. Whether it is conception, birth, grief, rupture, or the raw ache of becoming someone new, I bring presence where it has too often been missing.

I am not here to take sides or stage a rebellion. I am here to mend what has long been divided and bring back what should never have been torn apart. It is time to weave the practical with the profound. The clinical with the ceremonial. The measurable with the deeply human.

My foundation is clinical: years of study in osteopathy, women’s health, pediatrics, and perinatal care. I know how to map anatomy, support the nervous system, tend to hormones, sleep, scar tissue, pain. But what makes this work transformative is older than any textbook. It lives in the way I listen. In the medicine carried through my bloodline. In the ceremonies I have held across cultures and continents.

From hospital wards to candlelit altars, from fertility consultations to postpartum beds, from wedding vows to final goodbyes, I have stood at the edge of transformation and walked people through it by offering what is most often missing: the anchor that makes them feel safe, balanced, and unshakably themselves again.

Some come to me when trying to conceive. Others when love ends or begins. Some arrive to prepare for birth, to heal after loss, or to mark the moment an old self must be laid to rest. Many don’t even know exactly why they are here only that it is time.

However you arrive, I will meet you there.
And I will walk you home: to your body, your rhythm, your truth, your light.

The Way I Work

Before there was language for it, I could feel everything. The charge in a room, the unspoken grief, and the place in the body that held what words could not. I was the child who listened with more than ears, and who knew, before I actually understood. I was drawn to the mystery, to spirit, energy, the sacred rhythms of life. But I also needed to know why. I wanted to ground the unseen in understanding. So I studied. I trained in medicine, osteopathy, pediatric and perinatal care. I learned the science of systems, and where those systems fail us. Hospitals taught me precision, but not presence. Clinical tools helped me treat, but not always heal. The deeper I went, the clearer it became: the soul was missing from the room.

I was raised bilingually, with many cultures moving through my blood. But the deeper truth is that I was always bilingual in something entirely else: science and spirit. The language I was missing wasn’t new—it was the one my ancestors had carried all along. So while my work is rooted in evidence-based care, it is also infused with the ancestral wisdom passed down through my mother’s lineage of shamans.

Today, I guide others through the thresholds that shape us all: birth, loss, love, motherhood, identity, and becoming.  Because these moments demand more than clinical skill alone. They ask for presence. For someone who is fluent in both, the measurable and the mystical, the body and the soul.
